Norbert U. Frost and his staff are actively involved in supporting and improving their community.
Norbert has been a member of the Vallejo Rotary Club since 1991, served as President in 2003-04, and held various other leadership positions. He established and directed the literacy project for many years which annually gives every Vallejo 3rd grader a new children’s dictionary. For a number of years, Norbert chaired the club’s scholarship committee that awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships to Vallejo high school students. Norbert is a Paul Harris Fellow.
The Law Offices of Norbert U. Frost is a proud supporter of many local civic and charitable organizations including the First 5 Solano program that fosters and sustains effective programs and partnerships with the community to promote, support, and improve the lives of young children, their families and communities.
Our firm has been a member of the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years. Norbert served as Chair of the Chamber and on the Chamber Board of Directors for many years.
Norbert currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Vallejo Education and Business Alliance Foundation Board of Directors and previously served on the Leadership Vallejo Board of Directors.
Norbert also served on the Board of Directors for the Kaleidoscope Activity Center for Disabled Youth in Dublin, CA, attended the California Conference on Handicapped Individuals, and was a member of the California Chamber of Commerce Statewide Healthcare Costs Committee.
Norbert was a youth soccer coach, baseball coach, Boy Scout leader, and on the swim club board of directors.
